Note: Most quality monoblock amps are 1Ω stable. Check your amp's spec sheet.
Step-by-step
How to wire it.
- 01For each sub, connect voice coil 1 positive (+) to voice coil 2 positive (+). Connect voice coil 1 negative (−) to voice coil 2 negative (−). The two bridged terminals become that sub's single effective + and − terminals.
- 02Run speaker wire from the amplifier's positive (+) terminal to the sub's effective + terminal.
- 03Run speaker wire from the amplifier's negative (−) terminal to the sub's effective − terminal.
