Delivery & refunds.

How orders ship, how long they take, and how returns work.

Delivery

Lead times

Subwoofers. Catalogue subwoofers typically ship within 1–3 business days from our California facility.

Enclosures. Stock enclosures ship on the same 1–3 business-day timeline. Built-to-order enclosures — including custom configurations and larger sizes — are quoted with a build schedule at the time of order. We will confirm the schedule on receipt and keep you informed if anything shifts.

Lead times are measured from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and exclude weekends and observed holidays.

Where we ship

We ship throughout the United States and accept orders to Canada, Mexico, and select international markets. International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees assessed by the destination country. All shipments dispatch from our California facility.

Shipping method

Shipping is complimentary on every order. Parcel-sized shipments dispatch via UPS Ground; transit time is generally 5–7 business days depending on distance from our California facility.

Larger enclosures that exceed parcel limits ship via freight at no additional charge. Standard freight delivers to your local terminal for pickup; if you would prefer door-to-door home delivery or liftgate service, we can arrange that — contact us before placing the order so we can confirm availability and any additional cost for your address.

Damaged shipments

Every order is covered by Route shipping protection. If your shipment arrives with damaged packaging or contents, file a claim directly at claims.route.com — Route handles the entire claim process. Save all packaging until the claim is resolved; it may be needed as part of the claim. Have your order number (in your confirmation email) and tracking number (on the shipping label and in your shipment email) ready when you file.

Refunds

Subwoofers and other stock items

Unused, undamaged subwoofers (and other stocked items such as parts and recones) may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of our error.

Enclosures

Because enclosures are built to order, cancellations and returns are tiered based on the stage of production at the time you contact us:

Shipped enclosures must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unopened and in original packaging.

Custom-configured items

Truly bespoke configurations — non-standard sizes, custom finishes, OEM-style builds — are non-returnable. We will confirm at the time of order whether your item falls into this category.

How to request a return or cancellation

Email info@adireaudio.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason. We will issue an RMA number and shipping instructions. Returns received without an RMA number may not be processed.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed in the agreed-upon condition. Any damage observed during inspection will be deducted from the refund.
